Existing customers will receive credit based on their previously established credit terms and limits. * New customers will receive open credit based on completion and verification of a credit application. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process a new application.

Terms and Conditions of Sales

All sales will be subject to the Terms and Conditions as summarized below. Special order merchandise may be subject to other conditions and/or charges. As ANACOM MEDTEK maintains an on-going program of product improvement, specifications are subject to change without notice.


All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and are net 30 days from date of invoice, subject to credit approval. All prices are F.O.B. Anaheim, California unless otherwise specified. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to past due accounts. Goods will not be shipped to buyers whose accounts are overdue until such time that we have received full payment of past due amount. Please remit all payments to the following address:

Freight Charges and Claims

Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, shipments are freight prepaid and invoiced. The purchaser shall be liable for any loss, which occurs after the goods have left their F.O.B. point. Standard shipments are F.O.B. Anaheim, California.


In the event goods are received damaged, keep all packaging material, and contact both the carrier and ANACOM MEDTEK in writing within three working days. Insurance claims are made between the buyer and carrier. All claims for shortages or non-delivery of goods must be made in writing to ANACOM MEDTEK within 10 days of shipping date.

Product Return Policy

A Returned Material Authorization number must be issued by ANACOM MEDTEK prior to return of any goods. Goods returned are to be referenced with this number, and must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, or they will not be accepted. All returns are to be sent to ANACOM MEDTEK freight prepaid.

Goods incorrectly ordered will be accepted back for credit if returned within 60 days and are in original condition and packaging. A 25% or $25.00, restocking charge (whichever is higher) will be levied to cover handling costs. Custom products are non cancelable or returnable. Anacom MedTek will provide a first article for customer approval, and requires written approval of the first article prior to manufacturing.


ANACOM MEDTEK products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship. Products not manufactured by ANACOM MEDTEK are subject to its manufacturers warranty. ANACOM MEDTEK at its option, will repair or replace faulty goods and is not responsible for any consequential loss incurred due to faulty goods. Pillow Speakers carry a two-year warranty against defective operation, which also includes during that period a “No Questions Asked” warranty against case cracking or breakage. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or consumable items, and does not include modifications or damages due to abuse by the user.

NO WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT: ANACOM MEDTEK makes no warranty whatsoever that the goods are delivered free of any rightful claim of any third person for infringement of patent.


Title to goods shipped by ANACOM MEDTEK shall not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
